IMPORTANT: Promotion Dates: April 1, 2010, to June 30, 2010. Must be Postmarked by July 7, 2010.
Limit one coupon per sale and one per household. Products must be purchased in one store and at one time. Not valid with any other offer. Products must be purchased by June 30, 2010, and postmarked no later than July 7, 2010. Allow 8–10 weeks for rebate. Rebate form is required. Reproduction is not allowed. Incomplete rebate forms will not be valid. Void where prohibited by law.
