Registration FAQ

Below are descriptions of the fields found in our registration form for first-time users.

• Create a Username
  Your username must be between 4 and 16 characters long. A strong username should contain upper and/or lower case letters A-Z, numbers, and/or the characters - or_. Our system will not allow you to have an empty space between characters or use the following characters: + " # ' ?.
  
  
• Create a Password
  Your password must be between 6 and 16 characters long and cannot be your username. A strong password should contain only letters and numbers, and must have at least one special character (a number or following characters: @! $ ^). Our system will not allow you to have an empty space between characters or use the following characters: + " # ' ?. If you forget your password you can reset it yourself with our Forgot Password?f feature.
  
  
• Secret Question & Secret Answer
  The "Secret Question" allows us to confirm your identity when resetting your password. To protect your account, make sure your "Secret Answer" is memorable for you but hard for others to guess. Answers with dates must be entered as mm/dd/yyyy.
  
  
• Enter E-mail Address
  Your unique email address allows us to identify your account within our system if you need to reset your password. Remember that e-mail addresses do not contain any spaces. Make sure that each address is complete and adheres to the following format: username@domainname.com
  
  

Once registered please write down your Username and Password and keep it in a secure location. You are responsible for managing your own login information on Arch Chemicals' web sites. We adhere to strict security policies and are not able to retrieve this information for you.
