Please review the Code of Conduct carefully. It has been updated to include a review of important Company policies, legal requirements and answers to questions about specific business issues. Some aspects of the Code will not apply to every individual. However, we must all understand and comply with those requirements that affect our specific jobs.
Above all, it is important to speak up and ask questions whenever there is any doubt about how to interpret a policy or legal requirement or proceed in a responsible and ethical manner. If you are aware of a legal or ethical violation, it is your obligation to report it promptly to your manager or any of the other contacts listed in this booklet. I also want to encourage you to call the Arch Help-Line, a confidential, toll-free 24-hour telephone line dedicated to answering questions and solving problems. If you prefer, calls to the Help-Line may be made on an anonymous basis. Translation services are provided.
