|As a key part of Lonza Group Ltd -- a global leader in the Life Science industry -- and its Lonza Microbial Control business sector, we believe that we are responsible to our many stakeholders to act with the utmost integrity in all that we do and to operate in a safe, secure and environmentally sound manner. We also believe strongly that we should contribute to the quality of life in the communities in which we operate and operate in a way that creates sustainable value.
We pursue these commitments under our

Under the Corporate Governance umbrella, you will find our Code of Business Conduct and the related ethical principles that govern the make-up and conduct of our Board of Directors and other Arch employees.
Within our Community Outreach and Charitable Contributions section we explain the actions that we’re taking to improve the quality of life in the communities and nations in which we operate. For example, we focus much of our charitable giving on promoting programs and events that improve the quality of math, science and environmental education in our communities’ schools. We also draw on our water-treatment expertise to help provide clean drinking water to needy people in undeveloped regions and those suffering from natural and manmade disasters and crises.
