Absolutely! Customer driven projects are one of the many valuable services we can offer to our customers. We can take an existing product and customize it to fit your needs or we can look at the feasibility of developing a custom product just for you. Feel free to contact us to discuss your needs.
I am interested in placing an order, how do I go about establishing credit?
The first step would be to fill out our contact form or call our number and speak to a customer service representative. They will provide you with the proper forms required to establish open credit with Arch Personal Care Products.
How can I request a product sample/product catalog?
Depending on your location, you can contact your local sales agent directly or fill out our Request Product Literature contact form. Your request will be processed promptly and someone will contact you to follow-up your request.

What regions of the world can you service?
As you can see in our Find a Distributor feature, we service the far corners of the globe. If your area of the world isn't listed, fill out our general contact form and we will address your needs from our offices in the United States.
How do you ship your products?
Most of our products can be shipped by sea or air but some are considered hazardous and have very specific shipping requirements. Almost all of our products are shipped FOB South Plainfield, New Jersey, USA. Shipping options can be discussed at the time of order placement.

Do you sell finished products/formulations?
We do not sell finished products or formulations but we can assist you in order to perfect or improve yours. Our dedicated Product Applications Lab and staff have years of experience in formulating and can answer your questions, solve your problems or provide you with a starting formulation to get you moving in the right direction.
