Shocks are an essential problem solver as well a great preventative medicine for your pool. POOLIFE® offers a range of shock products to meet your every need and help maintain healthy water by killing bacteria, controlling algae and destroying organic contaminants. These shock products comply with EPA dosage recommendations for shock products (i.e., deliver between 5 and 10 ppm of available chlorine per recommended dosage). POOLIFE® calcium hypochlorite based shock products will NOT cause overstabilization  – even with prolonged use.

POOLIFE® CleaRx™ Shock System

o POOLIFE® CleaRx™ Shock System: If you are experiencing a severe algae bloom, which has turned your pool green, the POOLIFE® CleaRx™ Shock System can turn your pool sparkling blue again. This two-part system destroys the bacteria and algae that have taken over your pool and then makes it easy to vacuum out. At the start of the season, or if a severe algae bloom occurs during the season, the pool can be treated and returned to its clear blue appearance within 24 hours by using POOLIFE® CleaRx™ I and POOLIFE® CleaRx™ II as part of the POOLIFE® CleaRx™ Shock System.

A new, patented and powerful multifunction shock product that works fast oxidize, sanitize and control algae in pool and spa water. The active ingredient is calcium hypochlorite, which is an ideal shock treatment chemical that, even with prolonged use, will not cause overstabilization. POOLIFE® Super Shock 'n Swim contains Epsom Salts, to soften the feel of the water for a more enjoyable pool experience.

POOLIFE® Non-Chlorine Oxidizer

Over time, swimming pool water is contaminated with a variety of organic molecules. The sources of the contamination are the bathers and the environment. If not treated periodically, these contaminants will accumulate and can lead to any number of problems including unwanted tastes and odors, excessive consumption of sanitizer , eye irritation and difficulty in maintaining the pool water in a hygenic state. Oxidation of pool water with POOLIFE Non-Chlorine Oxidizer will destroy soluble organic contaminants and assist in the maintenance of sparkling water.
