  • How do I sign into the web site if I’ve forgotten my password?
    Go to the Forgot Your Password page and enter the email address you entered during registration. You will be prompted to answer the challenge question you selected during your registration. You must correctly answer the question to verify your identity. You will then be asked to create a new password. Once you have changed your password you will be able to log into water testing with your username and new password.

  • How do I sign in to water testing if I’ve forgotten my username?
    For assistance in recovering your username please contact one of our pool and spa care specialists by email. They will look up your information and send you a return email promptly with your registered username. Due to call volume our pool and spa care specialists are unfortunately not able to recover this information for you if you call or utilize online chat..

  • No matter what I try I cannot log into the POOLIFE® website.  What now?
    Make sure that you are correctly entering your username and password when signing in. Please note that your username and password are case sensitive, meaning they must be typed exactly as they were when you created them. You must also have cookies enabled in your browser. Please check your browser's privacy setting and set it no higher than Medium High. If you are using an Internet security suite such as Symantec, BitDefender, Panda, Zone Alarm or a similar product they will sometimes not allow a user to sign in to a website until you tell the program it is okay to do so. Please consult your product's help feature for instructions.

  • Are there minimum browser requirements to use your web site?
    The POOLIFE® web site is optimized for the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Safari. While the POOLIFE® web site can be viewed using earlier versions of these browsers, we recommend you upgrade for the latest security features and best web viewing experience. Please note that we provide only limited support for Internet Explorer 6.0 because it does not support current web standards.

  • I want to talk to a live person.  Where do I find a phone number?
