Dricon® FRT Wood: Earns Good Housekeeping Seal

Engineers at the Good Housekeeping Institute have deemed Dricon® FRT lumber and plywood worthy of its Seal. Thus, Dricon wood becomes the first brand of fire retardant pressure-treated wood to earn the well-known symbol.

The Good Housekeeping Seal is one of the most widely recognized and respected symbols of its type in the United States. It is granted only after review and evaluation by the Good Housekeeping Institute. Products with the Seal are backed by a two-year limited warranty from Good Housekeeping, as well as the manufacturers' warranties.

Dricon FRT wood is produced by independent wood treating companies using chemicals sold by Arch Wood Protection. It is available to contractors through many building supply outlets.
