Lumber

Sizes
All common sizes of most construction species of lumber and plywood can be treated with Dricon fire retardant. Size is generally limited only to the treating plant's ability to treat, dry, and handle large members. Western red cedar and red oak are limited to a maximum of 4/4" while yellow poplar is limited to 8/4" maximum thickness. All thicknesses of plywood can be treated but, to be covered by the warranties, sheets must be qualifying plywood at least 7/16" thick with at least 4 plies.
