Dricon® FRT wood is an exceptional product, and it is backed by an exceptional limited warranty. More accurately, it is backed by three exceptional limited warranties.
The first is a 40-year roof system warranty for builders, or building owners in the event a builder cannot be located. It covers heat degradation, and allows for materials and labor in case of a failure.
The second is a 40-year preservative warranty for the building owner. This covers damage resulting from termites or fungal decay.
The third is a 10-year performance warranty for truss manufacturers. It covers strength loss due to heat degradation, and can be extended to 40 years if all sheathing is also Dricon FRT plywood. Read the warranties for details.
