All users of Arch Timber Protection's treatment products are supplied with relevant and up-to-date product safety data sheets. The Product Safety Data Sheet (SDS) contains all the necessary information regarding emergency procedures.

Arch Timber Protection also provides 24 hour Emergency Response Services 365 days per year throughout the UK and Europe through CARECHEM 24. This service can be used in the event of an emergency involving Arch Timber Protection products.
Services include:

| • Involvement of the Emergency Services (Police, Fire, Medical) |
